Would you like to try out bowling?
In autumn 2011, DNB participated in the EURO bowling tournament for the first time. Following this event in Prague, a group of enthusiastic bowling colleagues took the initiative to set up an O&o Bowling club.
Every year, there is an international tournament, organised by a different European bank.
This has already taken us to several European cities: Prague, Brussels, Madrid, Basel, Vienna, La Boule,...
The DNB bowlers play competition in accordance with the Netherlands Bowling Federation (NBF) rules, every second Thursday of the month.
Competitions are currently held at bowling centre De Kegel in Amstelveen. We always aim to play at a location in the Amsterdam region.
Before the game, we dine together at or near the venue. This is optional and at your own expense.
Membership has declined somewhat due to the coronavirus restrictions, but now we are working hard to recruit more members again. We welcome everyone!
Before deciding whether or not to become a member of the bowling club, you can join the game twice for free. Bowling balls and shoes are available at the bowling centre, but you can of course also bring your own!
